For the Procurement department at SABIC Bergen op Zoom we're looking for an Administrative Assistant.
The minimum Job duties:
-Keep Track of procurement actions/correspondences/meetings by client/contractor
-Small orders control of flow and documentation. Keep log sheet and monitor processing.
-Filing of Contracting and procurement (Electronic/Hard Paper) : Bid Opening, Bid Slates , Contracts , PO prints ¿etc.
-Track Approvals & follow up through GPP Lead: Legal , PM , KSA¿etc.
-Reports to Management: Weekly and Monthly; Synchronize with Fluor reports and accommodate internal SABIC requirements.
Potential other Job Duties if possible:
-Create PO in SAP and attach proper documents; subject to GPP Lead approval.
-Display, Track and print PO from SAP.
-Stability and commitment for minimum 12 months. Possibly 18 months
-English level to execute business
-MS office high skills specifically: Excel ; power point and preferably SAP knowledge
