The Administrator Associate processes the working hours of contingent staff (`contractors') deployed at the Dow and BPSC Terneuzen site. Within this role, one is responsible for entering purchase orders in the system and checking invoices.
The Administrator Associate is the Focal Point for the working hour administration for contingent staffing.
-Enter Purchase Orders in SAP and related systems
-Validate data and make corrections if needed.
-Check and approve invoices
-Interface with Team Leaders and Contractor Suppliers
-Administer functional mailbox`
Preferably administrative background
-Fluency in English (written & oral)
-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Desktop applications
-Experience with SAP R2/3
-High level of accuracy and eye for detail
-Ability to work with confidential data
-Ability to work towards tight deadlines
-Work process attitude is critical to success
-Effectively communicate and respond to different stakeholders involved in the process
