Voor BPSC Terneuzen (servicecentrum van Dow Benelux B.V.) zoeken wij Customer Service medewerkers.

As an OR&H Order Fulfill Specialist you will be part of The Customer Service department which supports clients during the order processes phase: from entering the order in the various systems up to the delivery of the product. The Customer Service department serves as the connection between the internal organization, clients and third parties, such as suppliers.

The OR&H Order Fulfill Specialist is responsible for executing defined tasks to support the order fulfillment process. The OR&H Order Fulfill Specialist is continuously building successful relationships, pulling information and contacts, aligning multiple internal resources and capabilities, while keeping in mind the goal of optimal customer satisfaction, resulting in zero defects.

Primary responsibilities:
- Be able to manage orders, from order receipt until delivery at the customer of the correct material, at the correct time, with the correct equipment and correct paperwork
- In the event of a service failure, proactively initiate corrective action and take the lead in resolving the issue for the Customer Facing Customer Service Representative
- Cooperate with other Customer Service Teams, Planners, Credit Managers, Logistics and Documentations providers on selecting activities related to commercial order management activities

- MBO 3/4 or HBO/Bachelor
- Two to three years of relevant working experience in customer service or international trade is an advantage
- Fluency in English (written & oral)
- Good command of one or more other European languages
- Excellent Internet/ computer navigation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Desktop applications
- Knowledge of Accelerating Customer Excellence (ACE) tool
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
