For the customer service department of BPSC Terneuzen (Dow Chemical's service center) we are looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist.

Role Description:
The Order Fulfillment Specialist - Inter Area is responsible for executing defined tasks to support the order fulfillment process (Order Receipt and Handling). The OR&H Order Fulfillment Specialist is continuously building successful relationships, pulling information and contacts, aligning multiple internal resources and capabilities, while keeping in mind the goal of optimal customer satisfaction, resulting in zero defects.

Job Expectations:
-Be able to manage orders, from order receipt until delivery at the customer of the correct material, at the correct time, with the correct equipment and correct paperwork
-In the event of a service failure, proactively initiate corrective action and take the lead in resolving the issue for the Customer Facing Customer Service Representative (CF-CSR)
-Cooperate with other Customer Service Teams, Planners, Credit Managers, Logistic and Documentations providers on select activities related to commercial order management activities

Indicative Activities:
-Accurately process all indicated activities as per policies and programs
-Adhere to Operational Level Agreements set for each activity
-Execute SAP transactions, update orders, look-up material, check credit status etc.)
-Participate in maintenance of team functional mailboxes
-Follow every step of the process until order completion

Education:
MBO 3/4

Experience:
2-3 year of relevant work experience in Customer Service or International Trade is advantageous

Other Qualifications:
-Fluency in English (written & oral)
-Good knowledge of one or more other European languages
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Desktop applications
-Excellent Internet/Computer navigation skills
-Experience with SAP R3
-High level of accuracy and eye for detail
-Ability to work towards tight deadlines
-Strong analytical skills
-Works independently, is self-motivated and accountable
-Cultural awareness and able to work in an international environment
-Team player
-Excellent customer mindset
