Voor een opdrachtgever in Hoevelaken zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Relations Coordinator.
Het betreft een fulltime functie (09.00-17.30 uur) met uitzicht op vast dienstverband.

Het betreft een internationaal medisch bedrijf waarbij de voertaal Engels is.
Job Duties:

· Key contact and support for customers worldwide
· Maintain history and traceability files and products
· Coordinate new customer approval process
· Maintain and control prices
· Manage and maintain distributor contracts and consignment contracts
· Single point of contact for incoming complaint reports
· Support the international sales team and sales centre with up to date customer information, data, analysis and reports
· Order entry, which is a vital and important part of the day
· Returned product handling
· Consignment- and car stock management
· Liaise with all necessary departments regarding ongoing business
· During absence of colleague, looking after her/his accounts

Job requirements:

· HBO / HEAO education (or MBO with a lot of experience in a similar job) (copies of diplomas and/or certificates can be asked during application procedure and job references can be checked))
· Team player with good communication skills
· An excellent level of business Dutch (fluent), Spanish (verbal and written) and English (verbal and written) is required.
· Customer driven and organized
· Transparent and extravert personality that can hold their own
· Eager, independent and flexible
· Straightforward, proactive mentality
· Strives for excellence
· Experience in a similar function in an international environment is highly desirable
· Experience with Microsoft office and ERP systems
