As a Team Leader at Transcom you are an inspirator and motivator for your team members. You facilitate and support them in becoming the best at the work that they do. You are responsible for achieving the set targets by both the company and the client.
- Coaching of your team members;
- Achieving team goals (KPIs) prepared by project;
- You contribute to the development of CSRs by conducting evaluation, performance, assessment and absenteeism conversations;
- You report, analyze and perform administrative work;
- You are actively involved with the client as needed.
We are looking for:
- Change management skills: you are able to make changes, as well have no problems to go with the flow as needed;
- Leadership skills: you are able to provide leadership to your team by utilizing different styles of leadership;
- Entrepreneurship: our company is your company;
- HBO education or equivalent ability;
- Enthusiastic, pro-active, positive attitude ;
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Available during working hours of the project;
