For one of our clients we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who speaks native German. You will become part of the Sales Team in Eindhoven and communicating with (potential) customers in different countries will be your responsibility. Would you like to be the first point of contact for Channel Partners and Field Sales colleagues? Are you able to work against targets and do you like all sales related activities? Then you might be the person we’re looking for!

who you are

You work proactively and are eager to sell the brand of our client. You have perfect communication and writing skills in order to interact with both customers and your colleagues. Further, communicating technical information in a professional way suits you well.

• You have a sales/marketing or technical related degree;
• You have 1-2 years of experience in an international B2B environment regarding hi-tech products;
• You speak both English and native German;
• You are familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
• You’ve worked with SaleForce and MS-Dynamics before.

what will you do

• Contacting (potential) customers from the CRM system or via leads which are provided by marketing or sales;
• Performing all tele sales activities in order to maximize the ROI of marketing;
• Working with field colleagues to identify key contacts;Informing other departments on product acceptance, lost sales, lead quality and predicted specials needed to increase sales;
• Selling Gold service contracts, as well as the annual renewal of these contracts;
• Supporting the local field sales colleagues.
