who you are

You strive to give your customers the best service by phone, email or chat. You have excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken. Moreover your English is also on a very good level, as you will use it on a daily basis.

• Knowledge of
• Microsoft applications and/or SAP is a plus. ​
• You are customer friendly and strong in empathy
• You're willing to drive to Maastricht once the offices re-open again

what will you do

As a customer service agent for this fashion group, your most important responsibility is to make the customers' lives easier. You accomplish this by offering the best customer service by phone, email and chat. You will assist our German-speaking customers whenever they want information about orders, deliveries and/or payments. You will answer questions concerning both the Online Shop and our stores.
