40 hours a week (between 07.30 and 20.00)

what will you do

You start your shift at your desk, opening all the systems which is needed to prepare yourself
for the questions and needs of our customers. Then you read all the relevant information in the market specific channels and emails.

Your shift will be split in different times, wherein you'll receive incoming phone calls from our customers and to solve customer issues. Therefor, you work hand in hand with our partners in the dealerships and workshops. Additionally, you have a team of technical specialists who can support you, and give you the right answers to help the customers.

  • You are responsible for the French market, so you can speak native French well.
  • English / Dutch is spoken with your colleagues
