who you are

You have an enthusiastic and service-oriented personality and enjoy working as a customer service representative. Preferably you already have experience in a similar role, or you have experience with customer contact. You have a good knowledge of the English language and you speak and write German fluently. You will mainly be in contact with German-speaking customers, and English will be spoken internally. You are available full time and are also open to working in the evenings and/or weekends. You will receive your schedule in advance. In addition, you do not mind working at the office in Veldhoven one or several days a week.

  • You have experience as a customer service representative or similair
  • You speak and write fluently German and have a good knowledge of the English language
  • You are full-time available and flexible in terms of working hours
  • interest or affinity with trainers, streetware or fashion is a plus

what will you do

As a customer service representative, you will be working for a very nice company. You have a lot of contact with customers, by phone, email and live chat. You will help the customer in the best possible way and make sure that any problems / complaints are resolved. As a German speaker, you will mainly focus on German-speaking customers throughout Europe. You will help the customer from beginning to end and ensure a proper handling. Administratively, you will ensure that this is well processed in the systems.

where will you work

As a customer service representative, you will be working in an international organisation where English is the main language. The organisation is an e-commerce platform where they bring buyers and sellers together. The products sold arrive at the logistics department before being sent to the seller. Here they are checked for authenticity by authenticators. The products they work with include trainers and streetware.
