who you are

  • You have an excellent command of the English, German and French languages, both verbally and in writing. Or English, French and the Dutch languages.
  • you have customer service experience or comparable experience for at least 1 year;
  • you have a completed MBO education (economics, finance and/or business administration);
  • you have good telephone conversation / handling skills and good typing skills;
  • you have good communication skills, great customer focus and are empathetic;
  • you are not put off by ad hoc requests, targets and deadlines

what will you do

As a Customer Support Agent you are the main point of contact for DHL's customers.
You will work from our office in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
You build and maintain strong relationships with our B2B customers to ensure excellent service leading to high customer satisfaction. You are the point of contact for customer issues that affect the order to cash process. Your goal is to solve the problem online or to report it adequately in the system to ensure correct follow-up by the second-line team. The questions always relate to (e-)invoicing issues where additional information is needed to remove uncertainties and/or to adjust malfunctions.

You handle, investigate and resolve customer queries in an accurate, professional and timely manner. Delivering quality within a limited time is your motivation. Customer satisfaction is your main goal!
