You are customer oriented and do everything you can to provide the best service! French is really your language and you speak and write it fluently. Also you like to call new customers to schedule appointments. Finally, you translate with ease from French to English.

  • You have a completed bachelor's degree
  • You have excellent knowledge of the French and English language
  • You are customer focused
  • You know how to work with Word and Excel

what will you do

As a French-speaking customer service representative, you are the link between the customers and sales. You contact customers and make sure that the sales agenda is fully planned! In addition, you help customers to solve problems. You answer all questions with ease. Finally, you are full of creative ideas and like to think along!

  • Provide customer service and support for our French-speaking customers in Europe
  • Schedule appointments with potential customers
  • Provide support to sales team
  • Performing translations
