Receivable Specialist German

The Receivable Specialist works closely with other sub-functions in the Invoice to Cash
organization to deliver exceptional service to customers and maintain profitability for Dow. This role is integral to the success of the Company’s cash flow objectives as well as achieving key enterprise targets such as Percent Current Receivables and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). The Receivable Specialist is expected to focus on Dow’s medium value accounts that often encounter varying levels of services and complexity.

who you are

• You have a finished vocational diploma (MB04) in finance/economics.
• You have experience in a financial or relevant role
• You speak fluent English & German (C1-C2)
• Extensive experience in Excel is a pré

what will you do

Works closely with other sub-functions in the Invoice to Cash organization to deliver exceptional service to customers and maintain profitability for Dow. • Responsible for being customer's main point of contact
• Lead near due and past due collection activities
• Influence customer payment behaviour
• In depth customer account knowlegde
• Investigates and resolve discrepancies
• Resolves credit blocks
• Processes returns
