who you are

For the Customer Service Representative position, we only ask the following:

• You have a completed MBO education;
• Relevant working experience with Supply Chain Logistics and business communications;
• Working knowledge of various computer systems like Outlook, Excel and Word, experience with a (TMS) Transport Management System is a big pré!
• Excellent communication skills, stress-resistant and you are able to both speak and write in English, a second language is preferred;
• Work 40 hours a week. Possibilities to work in shifts (08:00-17:00/11:00-20:00).

what will you do

As a Customer Service Representative, your working day starts with a good cup of coffee and a nice conversation with your colleague. After this meeting, you continue your work. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to serve as a liaison between the client and the client’s carriers. They trust you completely and you act as the first point of contact. You kindly help UPS its clients by fulfilling their needs. Well done, you are the perfect candidate for this job. Overseeing the transportation management of UPS’s client(s) is easy for you, all of your colleagues question themselves how you do it so flawlessly.. ;)

Other activities include, but are not limited to:

• Process transport orders, answer transport-related questions and other Customer service activities;
• You take care of all the administrative activities that are related to transportation orders processed;
• In close contact with the warehouse operations to assure planning is done according to the agreed capacity;
• You manage and organize all activities in an efficient and productive way in relation to the processes and ISO/UPS Healthcare standards.
