Are you the Warehouse Management Specialist we are looking for ?!

For the Zara at Schiphol-Airport, we are looking for Warehouse Managers.

The organization and production structure of the company covers the whole process from design and production to distribution, sales in own stores and online sales in more than 40 countries. As a WMS Specialist, you are working to optimize the use of the robots and machines you are supervising and to guarantee high performance in order to achieve the production goals.


You are going to:

• Monitor and manage the logistic steam from the distribution point. You manage the totality of the systems. From the arrival of goods from the supplier to leaving for transport to the store.
• Move the packages. Good throughput of the associated information
• Solve problems related to freight traffic. (package routing, mechanical problems)
• Prepare reports and statistics for production control.
• Take part in tests for the implementation of new systems or adaptation of existing systems.
• Analyze and define proposals for productivity improvement of the automatic sorter and silo.
• Coordinate with the operations team.

You have:

• A related HBO/MBO diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in the logistics sector
• Preferably knowledge or experience with automated sorting systems for orders / purchase preparation.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
• A good command of the Spanish language. (advantage)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Access Warehouse Management System.
• Good knowledge of Visual Basic.
