who you are

You don’t like to sit still and you like to be active at work. You will be walking a lot! And except that as an orderpicker:

• You are able to work in the day, evening or night shifts! Or, all of them :)
• You speak the English or Dutch language!

what will you do

XPO Tilburg is a big warehouse of a famous and fashionable clothing brand. As an orderpicker you walk through the warehouse and collect all orders that customers ordered online. So you can be the first to see what the new fashion trends are! Cool, right?! These packages then go to the packing department where they are packed and prepared for shipment. You can choose whether you want to work in 2 or 3 shifts. But keep in mind: the more you are available, the more hours we can plan you in!

where will you work

So, let us tell you a bit about your workplace! Once upon a time... There was a shift leader with a dad who runs a snackbar. The snackbar was placed at XPO every Thursday and sold the most delicious shoarma and döner! To this day, you can still enjoy yourself a nice durum döner or ‘kapsalon’ every Thursday. :)
When you start working on the orderpicker’s department, your teamleader will be Pieter! He started his job with Tempo-Team as well. After doing a great job and hard work, he grew to be a team leader. And he even got a permanent contract at XPO!
