As a production employee you will bake, decorate and package the cakes in 2 shifts! So one day you are on the line, making sure the cakes are lined correctly. And the next day at the packing tables, cutting butter or finishing the cakes!
Good news: as a production employee, the goal is to grow into the position of operator! So, as a production employee you have a really varied job. Sounds perfect, right!
