who you are

You have experience in an administrative position, preferably in an international or English speaking company. You thereby enjoy working on different tasks and like to be in contact with different people!

• You speak English fluently
• You have 1-2 years administrative experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• You have your own car/bike (to get in Amersfoort)

what will you do

You will temporary join the team of internal learning for an international company in Amersfoort. You will have a variety of tasks, and for example offer support in order to organize congresses and customer training events! You have the possibility to work part-time, and will for example:

• Work closely with other departments within the company
• Support and coordinate logistical aspects of events
• Connect with internal and external customers, managing correspondence in a timely and accurate manner

where will you work

You will work at an international company in Amersfoort. The company manufactures medical devices, which are produced on the location and distributed worldwide. You will work in a modern office in a diverse team!
