Mars in Veghel is looking for a new commercial specialist as an addition to their team! The commercial specialist is responsible for understanding the data infrastructure and spot the gaps for a full scope deployment with connection with the other commercial teams.

We are looking for someone that can connect the requirements and designing processes for data management for incoming dates and maintenance for the future.

who you are

We are looking for someone with experience in leading improvement projects with a multi- functional team. A commercial specialist who has tracked experience in project and program management who can navigate through complexity. Next to that the following things are of importance:

• Bachelor or master degree in a engineering or science discipline,
• Tracked experience in project management and SAP,
• Good knowledge of risk management and strong communication skills,
• System and problem-solving skills and a process mindset,
• Food technology knowledge and or a language next to English are an advantage!

what will you do

In our search for a commercial specialist, we are looking for someone who can work independently with a clear focus on outcome. Someone that adjusts and communicates updates within commercial via multiple channels. We need and expert in project and change management that fully uses teamwork for more efficiency. The following responsibilities are most important:

• Identify the data input needs and manage the data input to SAP,
• Obtain generated learnings,
• Ensuring management knowledge, best practices and transfers learnings across partners and relevant teams,
• Connect with label and supplier requirements and adjusting with the factories for approvals,
• Clear communication with stakeholders and managing risks as well as implementing escalation procedures.
