Are you flexible and available to work in three different shifts? Great! As a production employee you also need to be:

• At least 18 years old due to the working hours
• Have your own mode of transportation to get to Goedhart

what will you do

Well, a lot! As a production employee you are specialized in a lot of different tasks. You man the moving belt and experience the production process from start to finish, cool right? Some examples of the tasks you'll be doing are turning the breads in their baking trays, or sprinkle seeds on top of the dough for that finishing touch. Done with the pré-baking process? Then it's on to the packing line, where you'll be checking that the baked breads enter the packing machines in the right way and the machine will do the rest. After packing you help ready the different orders for the truck drivers who will take the freshly baked breads to the supermarket!

At Goedhart of course! But what kind of a company is this? Goedhart is a large industrial bakkery who produces bread for the dutch supermarkets. At Goedhart, as a production employee you'll be sandwiched ;) between nice colleagues with which you make sure the supermarkets keep filled with bread! Besides that, a lot is possible at Goedhart if you have a steady availability.
