who you are

We are looking for you as DHL's next Junior EKAD expert if you tick the following boxes:

• Education: bachelor level;
• Working experience: 2 years working experience in a related field, think of finance, collections, sales, business analysis, customer service;
• Competences: strong communication skills, accurate, analytical, results oriented;
• Skills: able to manage and analyze large volumes of data in MS-Excel, strong English (business) language skills and mastery of at least one other European language.

what will you do

As Junior EKAD expert you are the primary contacts person for some of DHL's largest European Key Account customers. You will be responsible for customers with an average yearly gross sales of around 1-10 million euro. Your ultimate goal is to ensure your customers to pay for the services rendered by DHL Express.

Your activities consist of the following:

• Reduce the outstanding debt and make sure targets are met;
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with stakeholders;
• Analyze your customer portfolio; e.g. perform root cause analyses in order to identify issues and making sure they will not reappear;
• Connect different internal DHL departments with each other;
