who you are

  • Preferred language: French and English;
  • secondary school (economics, finance and/or business administration);
  • good communication skills, great customer orientation and empathy;
  • 2 weeks of training full-time, afterwards part-time possibilities from a minimum of 20 hours a week;
  • start date June 2022.

what will you do

As an Customer Service Agent Query Investigation you handle, investigate and resolve customer enquiries in an accurate, professional and timely matter. You provide high customer quality standards and enable effective accounts receivable collection. You also act as a billing related subject matter expert within Accounts Receivables and support resolution of most complex billing related queries involving in customer interactions (including customer visits as required by management).
