who you are

Are you administratively skilled? Do you have good communication skills and do you work accurately?

  • Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification;
  • IT literacy - Intermediate Excel skills;
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR-related area;
  • proven experience in maintaining accurate records in a timely manner;
  • strong interpersonal skills;
  • strong personal organization skills and able to balance multiple tasks;
  • nearly native German and English language skills.

what will you do

The Training Event Management (TEM) part of ITDS is focused on the management of training events, as well as administration and support for our colleagues. We help to organizing virtual or in-person events. We offer:
- Program planning
- Management of nomination lists
- Registration & invitation process
- Producer role during sessions
- Coordination of pre-work and training material with suppliers and participants
- Invoicing, reporting and profitability analysis

  • Support administration of assigned training catalogue(s) related activities with guidance from others;
  • understand and follow set standards and timelines for service delivery;
  • check for any issues/ errors during service delivery and highlight to seniors and manager for action and rectification;
  • maintain required data for TEM service delivery e.g. complete task list and cost overview for the assigned training catalogue(s);
  • explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and guidelines;
  • communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation;
  • address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.
