what will you do
As an Administrative Specialist in the Improve & Scale team, you will provide a wide variety of professional administrative support under limited direction to leaders, colleagues, or groups in the organization.
Your main tasks for this role will be in scheduling interviews/assessment of candidates and takes care of necessary communication. Furthermore, you will initiate user id requests, workstation, access to systems and maintaining data on KPI’s.
Your other tasks include:
- Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, ordering food/drink, managing the visitor process and attending meetings to assist with presenting materials or taking notes.
- Ensuring communications flow properly utilizing knowledge of business / function’s organization structure and overall Dow processes.
- Acting as a focal point for your team, external vendors, service providers, etc.
- Independently understands and contributes to the goals of the team and their role within the team.
- Maintaining documents and records in accordance with company guidelines. 
- Continuous improvement within work processes and systems.
