who you are

In this varied position as assistant warehouse supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating a team of warehouse employees. Daily you manage about 25 employees. In addition, you have

  • Mbo thinking and working level
  • Knowledge in logistics
  • Leadership experience within logistics or retail, or else willing to learn more about it
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language orally and in writing

what will you do

As an assistant warehouse supervisor, you will manage a team of 25 employees on a daily basis. Together with the other assistant warehouse supervisor you are responsible. Your place of work is in Oud-Gastel where they serve various customers, for example, clothing and shoes. You are also responsible for

  • The proper adherence to LEAN on the floor
  • You supervise the employees in their daily work in the field of safety, quality and health
  • In the absence of the supervisor you take over his duties
  • You also have an eye for deviations and solve them in a timely manner
