who you are

To start working as a forklift driver you must be in possession of a forklift licence/certificate. Also:

  • You have your own transport to get to Timberland
  • You are at least 18 years or older because of the working hours

what will you do

Before your actual work starts you’ll first get training so you’re well prepared for the job. As a forklift driver you are responsible for supplying the warehouse. Loading and unloading trucks and also getting the pallets from storage to the picking stations. At Timberland you’ll work two different shifts. The morning shift is 06:00-15:00 and the afternoon shift is 15:00-00:00.

where will you work

At Timberland of course! Mainly known for the yellow boots. But they have a lot more products! From the distribution center in Almelo orders get shipped to all over Europe and even some parts of Asia and Africa. In the distribution center there’s a lot going on and as a forklift driver you play a major part in all of it!
