who you are

As a Leading hand you have strong communication skills, you are stress resistant and a great team player. Are you the one who knows better than anyone how to create a good atmosphere in the workplace? Do you motivate your team like no other? Then this is the vacancy for you!

As a Leading Hand, the following is expected of you:

  • Work experience in warehousing;
  • Experience in supervision
  • Fluency in written as well as spoken English, knowledge of any other languages is a welcome addition;
  • Working knowledge of various computer systems like Excel and Access is needed;
  • You are available in shifts. 6.00-15.00 and 12.00-21.00. In the first month you working hours will be from 6:00 till 15:00 and 15:00 till 24:00

what will you do

As for Leading Hand you control and organize the daily operational activities of your team. You do this in the most effective and efficient manner. You are in charge of executing the daily activities and conforming to standard operating procedures and security regulations. Also, you conduct performance reviews and guide illnesses. As the right-hand of the Team Leader, you keep focus on managing your team! Your colleagues love you!

  • Supervise your operation;
  • You take care of the daily staff planning;
  • Train Warehouse Clerks on day-to-day tasks;
  • Informing your team on performance of previous day and plans for the current day;
  • You propose and implement operational process improvement;
