Logistics administrative employee
Are you administratively trained and are you interested in working at UPS SCS in Roermond in a challenging job?
As an employee of the Operation Support Team you are the first point of contact for the customers. It is the responsibility of the OSG employee to ensure that high customer satisfaction is maintained. In executing the administrative processes you are the link between the customers, the warehouse and carriers.
Your daily tasks:
- Processing, monitoring and follow-up of incoming orders;
- Determining which carrier to choose for different shipments;
- Making paperwork and freight documents;
- Maintaining contact with Customer Service contract persons of your customer;
- Creating reports.
Do you have an accurate and practical working attitude and do you master the English language? Then we can offer you an administrative job with a variety of tasks in which you can use your analytical skills and your experience in communication with clients.
For this job you are available fulltime in shifts with working hours between 06.00 and 24.00
