These are the languages that will fulfill the current team. As a Customer Service support employee you are added to a specific team. This team is in charge of a specific area. That means that you will be dealing with colleagues and clients whose mother tongue matches yours.

Furthermore, Lamb Weston is looking for enthusiastic people, who are eager to learn. Not shy of a bit of hard work, but also in for a drink after work. You are able to travel to the office in Breda. This will be your main work location. Besides Breda, Lamb Weston also has a location in Kruiningen (Zeeland) which is very easy to reach by train or car. This will also be a work location for one or two days per week.

  • experienced with customer service support (orders, stock control, planning, logistics)
  • full time available (40 hours a week is a preference). 36 is also possible.
  • Willing to work from Breda, as well as Kruiningen
  • German or Dutch mother tongue + fluent English is mandatory for this position

what will you do

As a customer service administrator, you will be responsible for all CS administration for a specific region. In this case you will be responsible for the customers in Germany, the UK, or Benelux. It depends on what mother tongue you have. The Order desk team is responsible for the order to cash process. Good administrative skills are a must. You work together with a team to make sure the customer journey reaches 100% of customer satisfaction. Your colleagues are great people and great at what they do. Every day you and your team provides the ultimate customer experience.

where will you work

Lamb Weston's corporate location Breda will be your place of work. One day per week you travel to the corporate location in Kruiningen to work together with the colleagues there. Location Kruiningen is located in front of the railway station.

Hybrid working is the norm at Lamb Weston. Three days a week you work together with your colleagues at the office. In 2023, this will be a combination between the Breda and Kruiningen offices. How cool! Then you can see at once where those delicious fries are made 😋... From 2024 it will be a combination Breda & home. Travel allowance and work from home allowance will be provided. We will tell you more when we discuss you application. You will work in an enthusiastic international team with a great team lead!
