• You have an associate degree (MBO) from any major;
• You have solid writing and communication skills (English required, other languages are a plus);
• You are accurate, efficient, well-organized, and stress resistant;
• You are customer service oriented as well as business minded;
• And like everyone in our company: You are a team player.

what will you do

Your responsibilities of your day in the office:

• Completing administrative tasks, like filling in forms, creating labels for packages, checking sales orders, and updating sheets;
• Checking sales orders and if needed validating with the sales team;
• Arranging pickups for couriers;
• Processing repair orders and providing internal departments and customers with information by email or phone.

where will you work

Our client is an independent IT System Integrator focusing on the Managed Service Provider space founded in the Netherlands. The team is currently built with young talent with 28 different nationalities! Besides that, there is a fitness-center and the entire team is going on a trip every year!
