who you are

As an order picker you already have some experience with physical work and you are physically fit. You can easily lift boxes of bananas, crates of beer or pallets of lemonade that can get to 25 kg! Furthermore, you are:

• Available for 3 till 5 days a week and you can work in 2 shifts or only in the morning from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and/or 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• Available on Saturday + 2/3 days in the week
• Available to follow our training in the first week of work (one time) from Monday to Friday.
• You have a resent logistic job experience (last half a year).
• You live in the area of Delfgauw - We don't provide housing or sponsor ships.

what will you do

As an order picker at Albert Heijn you will work in a large distribution center in Delfgauw. With a nice and motivated team you collect orders using a voice picking system! You do this on your own EPT (electro pallet truck). You ensure that all products are collected and the orders are ready for the stores! Some examples of the products that you will be working with are: boxes of bananas, or crates of beer. It is important that you are physically strong, as you will be lifting regularly. You will also work with targets, so you don't mind to work fast sometimes.

As an order picker you are available in your first week from Monday to Friday for a one-off training. This is related to following a training so that you know the work processes well!

• Physically demanding work with big tempo and on the norm.
• Work also by fresh department where is around 4°C
