who you are

You are someone who speaks at least English, and if you also speak Dutch, that's just great! With a team of around 15 operators under you, you will have plenty to do. The operators work in different departments; picking, packing, staging ITM and dispatch preparation. It is up to you to make sure it all runs smoothly! In addition, you also provide some guidance to all operators. You have regular discussions with them about work, points for improvement and private matters.

Furthermore, it is important that you have a car and/or a bicycle with which you can easily get to work; the location can be reached by public transport, but not at all times of the day!

• You speak English well! Dutch is an advantage, but not mandatory;
• You have a driving licence and car (or bike) to come to work;
• You want to work in 2 shifts;
• You are good at conducting performance interviews;
• You dare to lead!

what will you do

In this job, it is very important that you dare to have conversations with the operators you are in charge of. Conversations about performance, private matters, whatever... They have to feel they can come to you!
Of course, it is also important that you can lead. At the same time, you are in contact with other team leaders and can switch quickly.

You work in two shifts, which change every other week. One week you work from 06:00 to 15:00, and the other week from 15:00 to 00:00!
