You are a professional who is eager to learn. You stand firm and have good communication skills. At the same time, you are flexible and you set the right priorities. In addition, you meet the profile below:

• Completed education in IT related study;
• At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant position;
• Experience with MS365;
• Knows how to write scripts (Python, Batch) or is willing to learn;

what will you do

Your responsibilities as an IT Support Assistant will be:

• Solving computer and software related issues;
• Configuring RF Scanners;
• Connecting and managing equipment, networks and services;
• Ensuring good system management, for example assigning rights;

where will you work

You will be working at a global logistics player that is still growing. The company provides comprehensive logistics services to about 13,000 customers in various industries. For example in electronics, machinery, chemicals, oil refining, construction, distribution, food, energy, and fashion. In the Netherlands they currently have 4 locations (Schiphol, Breda, Maasvlakte and Tilburg) with 4 warehouses.
