As a production worker at Ebusco, you will make the body/mold/convert the bus. The bus is made of composite, parts are poured into a mold. Parts are glued together there is no screw or drill involved. It is important to be able to read and interpret instructions well. A small miscalculation can lead to major financial consequences for Ebusco. The different parts of the bus are cut, which requires precision and accuracy. It is important to work well together since the parts are of large size. Safety and quality are the most important pillars. Is the mold ready then it goes to the assembly hall.
You are working in daytime when you start as an production worker, from Monday till Friday from 08:00-16:30.
Sometimes you will work on Saturday, only if it's necessary!
In the future you are also going to work in 2 shifts.
