who you are

Important is that you are not less than 1.65 or taller than 1.94 m

• speaking and understanding English (reading skills and understanding of work instructions)
• physical work

• experience working with tools

what will you do

Test:
You to make a test before you are able o start working for the company.
The test consists of some different exercises to evaluate your capabilities on the following:
-Rapidity
-Accuracy
-Reading skills
-Understanding of work instructions
-Personal impression

After you pass the test you will have an interview. It´s important to make the test a soon as possible so that we can schedule an interview.

• As a production employee you build parts in, on and around the car
• One of your tasks could be assembling the dashboard or door panels, building an engine block or tinkering with the rear axle
• You will perform intensive physical work
• You work at a line so everybody has to do their own assignments
• You usually work with a direct colleague
• You have to work neatly and tidy and keep your workplace clean

VDL Nedcar is an automotive manufacturing company in Born, Netherlands. Since December 2012 it has been owned by the Dutch industrial conglomerate VDL Groep. Previous owners were Mitsubishi Motors and Volvo Cars. The company had its origins in a DAF car factory which opened in 1968.
