You could be part of this exciting process when you become a warehouse employee at PostNL in Elst. You will make sure that all our clients receive the parcels on time. With an hourly rate that can go up to €17,65 per hour. Please keep on reading to check what you have to do for this.

who you are

As a warehouse employee at PostNL in Elst, you are at your best in the early morning. Furthermore, you understand the Dutch and/or English language. You are also:

• available for a minimum of three mornings per week. Preferably on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays
• in the possibility to apply for a VOG-document (certificate of good conduct)
• in possession of a bicycle, scooter or car to get to PostNL.

what will you do

You are going to work with parcels at PostNL in Elst. Together with your colleagues you will make sure that all the parcels are leaving the warehouse on time. That's important, especially during the #blackfriday and holiday period. As a warehouse employee your day will start between 05h00 and 05h30. Sometimes, you will be scheduled to work from 07h00 onwards. If you start at the early shift, you will be responsible for the so-called “NMG-parcels”. It’s a Dutch abbreviation for all the parcels that are too big to be put on the assembly line. If you start at 07h00 then you will start directly with opvoeren. That means that you need to put all the other parcels on the assembly line. Sounds easy, right? But please, make no mistake! You need to make sure that everything will be checked correctly, because that’s how you prevent faults. Next to that, some parcels can weigh up to 23 kg. Aren’t there any parcels left? Then your shift as a warehouse employee is finished.

• Working hours between 05h00 and 12h00.
• A workweek from Monday till Saturday.

where will you work

At one of the largest parcel distributors in The Netherlands. In your case, you will be starting at the warehouse in Elst. It’s a small warehouse, so there’s a pleasant atmosphere. Also, the warehouse is good reachable by bicycle and car. Public transport is not possible.
