what will you do

As a logistics supervisor, you ensure smooth logistics on the shop floor. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining team motivation, achieving set goals, and communicating all daily activities to the team.

As logistics supervisor you will be in charge of the following tasks:

• you coordinate the logistics process in your department
• You collaborate with the workforce team to coordinate personnel planning.
• you contribute to process improvements
• you prepare progress reports
• you ensure good cooperation with other departments
