who you are

You enjoy being in contact with various parties. You also have a service-oriented attitude and strive for the best result. Working in a hectic environment is not a problem for you. You know how to keep a overview and know exactly what is going on.

As a customer support officer, you will additionally possess the following qualities:

  • You already have experience in a similar position
  • You have a good command of the English language. It's a plus if you also speak Dutch!
  • Knowledge of Excel and ERP/WMS
  • You are good at analyzing reports
  • You like to work in a team

what will you do

As a customer support officer, you will mainly deal with incoming orders. You check the orders and inquire about missing information. You maintain contact with the suppliers and are also in good contact with your colleagues from all departments. You ensure that all orders are checked, registered and shipped in good order.

As a customer support officer, you will also be involved in the following tasks:

  • Ensure the correct processing of outgoing orders for a specific customer.
  • Your main goal is to guarantee that these orders are delivered as scheduled, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • If any issues occur, you can provide solutions through system analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Track the status of outgoing orders and handle any exceptions.
  • Analyze data in the systems extensively, keep in mind the established KPI's, expectations and planning.
  • If there is a mismatch between incoming and outgoing orders, you know how to coordinate with the appropriate colleagues to resolve the issue.
