who you are

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative. Can you communicate well and do you like a logistical environment, we want to hear from you!

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch and English;
• Experience as a Customer Service Medewerker, preferably in logistics;
• Proficiency in MS Office and WMS systems;
• Proactive, hands-on attitude!

what will you do

In the position of Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for providing excellent care and service to the customer. You are therefore the link for the customer between the various teams and suppliers.

• You are the first point of contact for the customer and build an excellent working relationship;
• You handle customer requests in a timely and efficient manner;
• You plan and organise transport and other logistic flows;
• Escalate potential and/or unresolved problems in a timely manner;
• Produce various reports (including KPIs) in line with set requirements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.You proactively share information and insights with the customer and internally with colleagues;
• You have an eye for process improvements and implement these in consultation with the team.
