As a machine cleaner at Stegeman you like to keep things tidy and shiny. Besides that we ask you:

• To have your own transportation and are 18+ because of the working hours
• You speak Dutch or English fluent, because of the safety

what will you do

Coat and protection glasses on and let’s go! Your first shift as a machine cleaner has begun. With your team leader you discuss what you are going to do. You can begin, do you have your cleaning products ready? The machines could use a good scrub. As a machine cleaner you are going to that with special cleaning supplies and a high pressure water hose. Not only the machines need to be cleaned, but also the production hall. Let’s go get on the scrubbing machine to clean the floors. Do I see the sun rise? Cool! Your shift is over and your colleagues can work in a clean environment thanks to you, Good job! You will work from Monday till Friday. Sometimes you work the Saturdays. Your night shift is from 22:40-05:10, nice!!
The cleaning will be done every other week. The different weeks you work in a day or evening shift. It is also possible that you work in the production. A nice job with a lot of change! :)

You are going to work at Stegeman. Stegeman is a production company that produces sliced meats for bread. Hams, sausages, really everything comes by. They also produce vegetarian meats! As a machine cleaner you are welcomed warmly by your colleagues. In your team you have a nice variety of cultures and professionalism. The OG's love to show you how the work is done. They also love to see you work here for a long time with them. You work in a nice team where jokes are allowed, trust me. (psst… when you work here, you also have access to the employee store where you can buy meat cheaply!)
