For the IVC/Inventory Management position, we're looking for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves 💪😄. You have warehouse experience, are physically fit, and are adept at working with systems 🧑‍💻📊. You enjoy working in a team and are a real go-getter. You value organization, work accurately, and aren't afraid of a bit of action 🔥😎.

All requirements at a glance...

You ensure that returned goods are received correctly, inspected, and then returned to the right place 📥✅. Whether it concerns damage, non-conformities, or quality control, you maintain an overview and handle everything according to the correct procedures 🧐📋. Hazardous substances? No problem, you know exactly what you're doing 💥😌. And of course, you also liaise with other departments and international colleagues 🌍💬. Together, you ensure everything runs smoothly!

In addition to returns, you also assist with inventory management and IVC tasks. This includes counting stock 🧮, maintaining the warehouse 🧹, and ensuring accurate inventory. All in accordance with guidelines and quality standards, of course 😇📦.

Returns Responsibilities:

Receiving and quality control of incoming goods;
Registering goods in the WMS system; Segregation of rejected goods (quarantine management);
Daily processing of returns;
Collaboration with various departments regarding complaints and deviations;
Developing, reviewing, and updating work procedures.

Inventory Management Responsibilities:

Performing cycle counts and inventory checks;
Maintaining an overview of inventory and the supply chain;
Using modern systems (such as SAP and WMS) for inventory analysis and transactions.
Occasionally assisting with picking and packing tasks.
