You are the warehouse operator we are looking for because:
As a warehouse operator at Arrow, you will be working with various electronics products. These products are used all over Europe! On your first day, you will be assigned a buddy who will explain you everything. Arrow has its own programming center where the chips that are picked in the warehouse can also be directly provided with the correct software of the customer. The customer of Arrow can therefore supply the software and the programming center ensures that the chips arrive at packing after they have been picked in the warehouse, programmed and all. In the programming center there are about 10 machines that are operated by the operators. The chips that are on a roll or in a tray are loaded onto the machine and the software is placed on the machine. The machine is then put into operation and starts programming. So you do not program manually but operate the machine that programs. All work descriptions in this department are in English, so the English language is very important. Furthermore, you are dealing with delicate small products and precision and calm and error-free work are very important.
The training period is 6 months at Programming. It is therefore important that the employees are available for a longer period.
