who you are

You have previous experience in an administrative role or a position involving frequent customer contact (a combination of both is a big plus!) And you are proficient in English (both written and spoken). Furthermore:

• You have excellent communication skills
• You are calm under pressure—you thrive in fast-paced environments.
• You have knowledge of various systems, including Excel, Word, and Access.
• Prior experience in a logistics company is a bonus!

what will you do

As the key contact person for our clients, you’ll bridge the gap between customers, the warehouse, and transport partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining daily communication with customers to provide excellent service.
• Documenting activities and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Answering transport-related queries and handling customer service tasks.
• Uploading or adjusting manually rejected pre-alerts in the system and managing exceptions while keeping all parties informed.
• Approving, releasing, and dispatching orders/shipments.
