who you are

We're looking for someone with a real zest for life and a keen eye for detail. You're a team player through and through, someone who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive atmosphere. You're curious, eager to learn new things, and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty. Accuracy is your middle name, as you understand the importance of precise work, even with repetitive tasks.

• Fluent in English (Dutch or Polish is a big plus!)
• Basic computer skills (don't worry, it's easy to pick up!)
• Preferably an EPT certificate (but not a deal-breaker!)

what will you do

Get ready for a role that's anything but boring! As a Production Employee, you'll be the wizard behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly. You'll be disassembling, cleaning, and recalibrating generators, making them shine like new. While some tasks are repetitive, the overall work varies throughout the year, keeping things fresh. You'll also lend a hand with logistics, assist with inventory, and even support the technical agronomy team with exciting trials.
