who you are

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. You stay calm under pressure, are solution-oriented, and enjoy working with international partners. You’re structured, communicative, and always one step ahead.

  • Experience in logistics or transport (e.g. administrative or customer service roles)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch or Polish is a plus)
  • A structured and flexible working style
  • Familiarity with WMS?TMS systems is an advantage

what will you do

You are responsible for making sure every shipment leaves the warehouse correctly and arrives on time. From entering orders to booking time slots and communicating with carriers – you keep things running and step in when needed. You work closely with Customer Service, the warehouse team, and external partners like Amazon.

  • Coordinate the full shipping process, including documentation
  • Plan and manage transport schedules with carries
  • Proactively solve delays or shipping issuers
  • Communicate with Customer Service, warehouse and customs

Dorel Juvenile is the global market leader in juvenile products, with well-known brands such as Maxi-Cosi and Tiny Love. You’ll be working at the European HQ in Helmond, as part of an international and energetic logistics team.

From the Helmond warehouse, thousands of B2B and B2C orders are shipped across Europe every day. As Logistics Administrator, you are key to making that happen smoothly.
