IMPORTANT: You are willing to travel to DSV Venlo for your training period. This will be for the entire month of August. Your travel expenses will be paid as well as the time that you travel to DSV Venlo: travel time = working time. When your shift starts at 06:00 or 10:00, you can leave your home at that time. You can also stop earlier so that you will be home at the end of the shift, which will be at 15:00 or 19:00.

who you are

Do you enjoy being active at your job and would you like to contribute to a new department within DSV? Even when you do not have experience in logistics yet, you are more than welcome! Who are you?

• You speak English;
• You have your own transportation to DSV Maastricht Airport, public transport is not possible;
• You are available for 32 or 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday;
• You will work from 06:00 - 15:00 in one week, and from 10:00 - 19:00 in the other week;
• You are able to get a VOG (certificate of conduct);
• You are able to work at DSV Venlo for the entire month of August.

what will you do

As a logistics employee at DSV, you'll be working with an English-language voice pick-system. This system tells you which products to pick and which location to send them to. Once you have collected everything, you stack the products on a pallet and you seal it. Ready to be shipped!

Want to help out in a different department occasionally? That's fine with you! After all, it's one team, one job! Want to grow after a while? You can! Who knows, you might even become the new team leader! :)

Your other tasks will include:

• Loading and unloading trucks;
• Inspecting goods for defects;
• Ensuring a clean and safe work environment;
• Working with your team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

where will you work

DSV is a global provider of transport and logistics services. As a logistics employee at DSV, you'll be working in a large warehouse. The location is easily accessible by car, scooter, or bicycle. Of course, you won't be working alone in the warehouse. There's a fantastic team present every day! A good atmosphere in the workplace is very important to them! If you encounter any problems during work, there's also a team leader present on the work floor who you can contact with all your questions!
