who you are

To keep the warehouse running, it is important that you meet the following requirements as a orderpicker:

As an order picker at Borgesius, you speak Dutch or English. Furthermore it is nice if you:

• You have worked as an order picker for at least 6 months;
• Have your own transportation to get to Borgesius, such as a car or a bicycle or a scooter;
• You speak and understand English or Dutch;
• Can work in the evenings and nights.

what will you do

You probably know them, the delivery vans of Albert Heijn. Especially since in recent years people have been ordering their groceries online en masse. But then again... All those groceries don't pack themselves. As an order picker you will be collecting orders from the Albert Heijn bread department. Think of bread, filled cakes, muffins and so on. In no time you'll be able to tell the difference between a Zaans whole wheat and a Waldkorn multigrain. You collect the products and fold crates. You also distribute orders and cut and pack bread and pastries.

where will you work

As an order picker you will be working at Borgesius. Close to Rotterdam Airport and near the center of Rotterdam you will find Borgesius! Here the tastiest breads of the Netherlands are produced for various supermarkets in the Netherlands. A special department has been set up for AH online orders. And this is where you will be working as an order picker.
