  • You have experience working with SAP (data-entry)
  • You have (some) experience in a customer service role
  • You have a hands-on mentality: not afraid to bring ideas to the table and get involved in day-to-day operations as needed
  • You have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and German

what will you do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and emails, providing friendly and professional assistance with a wide range of inquiries.

You'll be a product expert, helping customers with questions about our brands and product portfolio. You will handle orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues or complaints with efficiency and care.

Your role is crucial to building lasting relationships and ensuring customer loyalty, making you an essential part of our team.
