who you are

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you are the backbone of your team. You know how to motivate, guide, and support your colleagues. With your international experience and fresh ideas, you help the team grow. You also bring a proactive and results-driven mindset.

In addition to proven experience in leading teams, you bring the following:

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain
  • Experience with ERP systems and SAP. Power BI is a plus
  • Fluent in English! Dutch, German, or Danish is an advantage (YOU'RE BASED IN THE NETHERLANDS!)

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you take charge and lead a diverse, international team. You ensure that daily order processing runs smoothly and that customers are always satisfied. When issues arise, you tackle them and coordinate quickly with other departments. Along the way, you work closely with planning and sales, adjust where necessary, and maintain oversight of results. You are not only a coach but also someone who likes to roll up their sleeves. This makes your workday varied, challenging, and never boring!
