An innovative and cosy company in Hapert is looking for a motivated grinder/turner with an interest in technology. Experience is not necessary - if you are motivated and want to learn, we will make sure you master the trade in no time. You will work with experienced colleagues, receive good supervision and grow step by step into a fully-fledged technical job.

who you are

As a grinder/turner, you are someone who cannot sit still and prefers to be busy making or improving something. Maybe you sometimes tinker with a moped, bike or computer at home - or you're just always curious about how things work. You like to work accurately, have an eye for detail and want to keep developing yourself. You enjoy working together, but also dare to take responsibility. You do not yet have to be able to do everything, but you are prepared to do your best and to persevere.

• You speak good Dutch and/or English;
• You are available full-time and enjoy working 2 shifts;
• You are interested in engineering and want to grow in this field.

what will you do

You will work as a grinder/turner and learn all about machining large metal parts. Together with an experienced colleague, you will work on press rollers - these things can be up to 8 metres long! You will learn how to turn, grind and polish parts until they are smooth and ready to use again. In the beginning, you will be supervised, but after a while you will be able to work independently. Super instructive and varied work in which you really make something beautiful.

As a grinder/turner, you will join a technical and international family business with a relaxed atmosphere and a team that is really there for each other.
